Tyre Purchases:

a. Unused and Unfitted Tyres: If you have purchased tyres from TI Tyres Ltd but have not used or fitted them, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a refund, the tyres must be in their original, unopened packaging and resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned tyres, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Fitting Services:

a. If you have booked a tyre fitting appointment with TI Tyres Ltd but wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least [number of hours or days] in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Sale items

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address mentioned but you must call us before that.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
